Drive Sustained Impact
EWF works with communities, governments and the private sector to drive sustained impact at scale. We recognize that merely developing solutions is not sufficient; we need to see those changes sustained. We do this by being trusted partners and offering advisory services, packages of technical assistance (TA) services, to health system leaders. Together, we develop responsive primary health care (PHC) systems built on sustainable and innovative finance mechanisms that increase access to health care.

Transitioning Well Approach
EWF launched Transitioning Well in 2023 and it has become the approach to transitioning solutions to governments and partners. Transitioning Well has deep collaboration with all stakeholders at its heart, because we cannot drive sustained impact alone.
Community Insights to Action
EWF Community Insights to Action (CITA) approach aims to drive systems-level change by routinely capturing, analyzing and integrating insights from under-reached communities into PHC systems. We embody the principle of “nothing for us, without us,” by ensuring that community voices are heard and reflected in health care decision-making. This cyclical approach prioritizes their needs, from defining what data matters most to informing actions that address their specific challenges, empowering people to become agents of change in improving their health and wellbeing.

We tackle some of the world’s most challenging health delivery problems and our global presence drives innovation and effectiveness. Our experience implementing health solutions across often resource-constrained settings has forged a powerful feedback loop: we learn, adapt and refine our approaches to deliver impactful and sustainable solutions. In the United States, we work with local health departments, applying our global learning and unique skillset – a deep understanding of systems strengthening, community-centered approaches and the power of sustainable innovation - to improve health outcomes across the Pacific Northwest region.

To radically collaborate with the private sector to drive sustained impact at scale, we help to build strong public-private collaborations, which ultimately allows private sector innovations and expertise to fill gaps in the public health systems. We offer advisory services to governments, private companies, innovators and start-ups. These packages of TA services help build strong and sustained public-private collaboration.
