We develop solutions that help to champion responsive primary health care systems, meeting the needs of under-reached communities. We do this by driving supply chain innovations that get maternal and child health commodities, vaccines and equipment to people; developing tech-enabled primary health care solutions; facilitating public and private sector engagement around sustained financing of innovation; designing health information systems that illuminate who is and is not accessing PHC; and enabling collaboration and support of health workers serving under-reached communities. Our success is driven by professionals with deep connections to the local community, policymakers, donors and partners. Using a robust evaluation matrix, our interventions are centered around system constraints and not merely activities. We monitor and track outcome ensuring future planning is based on derived learning.
